The Northrup Knox is one of Aiken’s historic club events and is a doubles tournament for the best amateurs in the country with handicaps of 30 and below. This year, we are introducing a second event alongside the Knox: the Aiken Spring Invitational, open to teams with handicaps up to 50. The Spring Invitational will allow us to create a fuller weekend of competitive matches, giving spectators more tennis to watch and providing strong match play for players just outside the Knox field.
