  The National Tennis Club today is pleased to announce that it has engaged Camden Riviere, of Aiken, South Carolina, as its Head Professional.  Mr. Riviere most recently has been Head Professional of the Aiken Tennis Club, and has served as a court tennis professional at clubs in Europe and the United States.  Mr. Riviere is the top ranked court tennis player in the world, and has recently won the U.S. Singles and U.S. Doubles tournaments for professionals.  He has competed for the World Championship in the last two challenges, and is expected to be a top contender for the… Read the Full Story >

International Tennis Day is almost here! Saturday – June 20 is the Big Day! This is an exciting grass-roots attempt, supported by the United States Court Tennis Association and the United States Court Tennis Preservation Foundation, to raise the profile and catalyze interest in our game. World Doubles Championship

Congratulations to Tim Chisholm and Camden Riviere on winning the 2015 World Doubles Championship.   Chisholm & Riviere defeated defending champions Rob Fahey and Steve Virgona in the best of 9 sets competition. 2015 Spring Invitational & Pro-Am

2015 Spring Invitational & Pro-Am

  The Inaugural Spring Invitational and Pro-Am was hosted by the Racquet & Tennis Club May 7-10th. A fifteen-player field made up of eight professionals and seven amateurs competed for the title. On the Amateur side, the pedigree was very strong, with a multitude of both club champions and national titleholders. The Professional field was headed by World #13 John Lumley and featured Professionals from Boston, Washington, Philadelphia and New York. Seven teams entered the Pro-Am.
