To enter the US 40s, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have amateur status
- Be a current USCTA member
- Need to turn the required age in the calendar year of the tournament
The entry fee is $165 which includes: Court Fees, Marking Fees, Tournament Gift, Lunch on Saturday and Continental Breakfast Sunday
