Clothier Cup – Australians Win UPDATED STORY!

THE CLOTHIER CUP THE NATIONAL TENNIS CLUB JULY 10-11, 2009 The 2009 incarnation of Australia versus United States junior team championship – known as The Clothier Cup – was contested over two days at the National Tennis Club in Newport last Friday and Saturday. US 40’s & 60’s Results

The US 40’s and 60’s, singles and doubles, were held in Tuxedo on May 1-3. Guy Devereux won the 40 Singles over Rich Moroscak. Devereux then teamed up with Moroscak to take the doubles over Simon Aldrich & Charlie Johnstone. In the 60’s Greg Van Schaack prevailed over Duncan Rutherford. Van Schaack and Peter Clement won the Doubles over Alex Walsh & Jonathan Pardee. Complete results for the weekend are attached.
